The CAL Store ships every week on Tuesday. If you have questions, please reach out to us at store@cal.org. We ship via FedEx ground, two day and next day. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the zip code.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
While all sales through the CAL Store are final, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with your order (such as defective material or receiving the wrong item), please get in touch with us at store@cal.org or 800.551.3709 (Monday through Friday 8:30 am–5 pm U.S. Eastern Time) within 30 calendar days of receipt to request replacement for a defective item or return of an item sent incorrectly. We will do our best to resolve these issues promptly.
