Shipping – Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
CAL charges a single flat fee based on the subtotal of your order, the destination, and level of service for each shipment.
The CAL Store shopping cart automatically calculates shipping rates for addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and most Canadian provinces.
Below is a table for ground charges based on the subtotal of your order and apply only to items shipped within the Continental United States via FedEx from our offices in Washington, DC:

Shipping Options
Contact the CAL Store customer service staff for information on any of the following shipping options.
Expedited Shipping – Continental United States
You can choose the 2-Day Air Shipping option at checkout and the shopping cart will calculate that total. For other expedited shipping options, contact the CAL customer service staff.
Shipping – outside the Continental United States
CAL gladly accepts orders from around the world. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the products and delivery address for your order. Please be aware that packages may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, and timing constraints of the country to which you have your order shipped. International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by MasterCard, Visa, check or money order. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will be shipped by the most reliable and cost effective method (unless a specific carrier is requested). Shipping is via air only and the carrier is determined by the size of the order. Contact CAL for information about shipping outside the United States.
Shipping directly from publishers
Some items will be shipped directly in a separate package from publishers. You will not be charged additional shipping for these items.
