What are my payment options?
CAL accepts credit cards, purchase orders, checks, or money orders. Choose the payment option that works best for you.

• Credit card:
  You can pay online by credit card at the CAL Store. CAL accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through our online store. You can also mail or fax your credit card order. Use the Order Form PDF available at the CAL Store. Print, complete your order, add your credit card information, and fax to CAL at 888-700-3629.
  
• Purchase Orders:
  You can pay for your CAL Store purchases by purchase order. You can use the CAL Store shopping cart to calculate the costs for your purchase order, including shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). To process your order, the CAL Store must receive a purchase order on your organization’s letterhead signed by an individual authorized to commit funds on behalf of your organization. You can fax to CAL at 888-700-3629 or mail to Center for Applied Linguistics, ATTN: CAL Store, P.O. Box 418564, Boston, MA 02241-8564.

What are my shipping options?
Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping for orders delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and most Canadian provinces. You can also select our expedited delivery option for 2-day delivery within the continental United States. For orders shipped outside the continental United States, please contact CAL for an estimate. Learn more about shipping.

Does CAL ship to international addresses?
Yes, CAL ships our products around the world, using a variety of shipping options and delivery methods. CAL will work with you determine the most cost effective shipping method for your international shipments. Contact the CAL Store customer service staff for a cost estimate.

What is your return policy?
While all sales through the CAL Store are final, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with your order (such as defective material or receiving the wrong item), please contact CAL immediately and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Does CAL charge sales tax?
If your billing address is in Washington, DC, the CAL Store online shopping cart will automatically calculate sales tax on your order. If you are a tax-exempt institution in D.C., you will need to place your order by fax and include documentation of your tax-exempt status.

Why should I set up a customer account?
By creating an account with the CAL Store, you can view your order history and move through the checkout process more quickly. Sign in each time you return to the CAL Store, and your stored shipping and billing addresses will be available.

How can I obtain my downloadable product?
Once you complete your transaction for the purchase of a downloadable product, you will receive a document with information and a link to download your product. Most downloadable products are in PDF format, which can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Visit the Adobe website to download the free reader software. If you have any problems with your downloadable product, contact the CAL Store customer service staff.
