Order Form
Domestic orders are processed and shipped via UPS or USPS from our main office in Washington, DC. Ninety-five percent of in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. International orders may take longer if additional payment and/or shipping information is required from the customer. Orders for products that must be shipped from our distribution partner, Delta Publishing Company are shipped on the same day if the order was received in the morning, or the next day if received in the afternoon.

You may also choose to have your order shipped Next Day, Second Day, or 3 Day Select for an additional charge. Please contact us by email or phone (1-800-551-3709) to arrange for shipping by any of these methods. We will calculate the charges and get in touch with you with the total order amount. Your final shipping charge will be the exact cost of shipping plus a handling fee of $5.00.
PLEASE NOTE: When you order any items accompanied by the Delta logo (mostly our books), they will be shipped separately directly from our publisher, Delta Publishing Company, in McHenry, IL via UPS.
International
Orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped by the carrier of our choice (unless a specific carrier is requested). International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by check, money order, MasterCard, or Visa. Shipping is via "air" only, and the carrier is determined by the size of the order. We endeavor to use the most reliable, least costly air service, and exact freight plus a handling fee of $5.00 will be charged. Please contact us by email or call us at (001) 202-362-0700 with your ordering information and shipping preference so that we can calculate the exact order total and contact you with a final total. CAL is open between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
