The CAL Store offers customers the following payment options for transmitting orders. Please choose the option that best suits your needs.
Credit Cards
The CAL Store allows you to order by credit card online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

You may also choose to pay by Purchase Order via fax, or postal mail.
In all cases, we must receive a signed purchase order on your organization's letterhead.
We must receive your signed P.O. by fax (888) 700-3629 or mail before we will ship your order.
Please ensure that your purchase order includes the correct CAL Store shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). You may consider using the CAL Store's shopping cart to help calculate the total charges prior to filling out your offical purchase order.

Request For Quote
If your require a quote in the purchase order process, you may request a quote by clicking the link below and printing the order form.
Please complete the billing and shipping address information and enter the product ID and quantity of each product requested. You are not required to enter any payment information at this time.
Clearly label the printed document with "REQUEST FOR QUOTE" and fax to:

We will send you a quote via e-mail within 2 business days to submit to your purchasing department.

Returns Policy
All sales are final unless we shipped you the wrong material. If this is the case, please contact us and we will provide you with information on how to return the items at no charge to you.
Returning Materials Received from Delta Systems
If you are returning materials (e.g., books, professional development kits) that you ordered online from CAL but were shipped to you by Delta Publishing Company (located in McHenry, IL) please contact Delta Publishing Customer Service department directly either by email: custsvc@delta-systems.com or by phone (800-323-8270).
Security Policy
Your online purchasing is safe with us!
CAL's online store uses 128-bit encryption to protect your credit card number from being intercepted and used without your consent while it is being transported via the Internet from our site to our credit card service provider.
Customer Protection
CAL accepts both VISA and MasterCard for online and offline purchases. In the unlikely event that your card or account number is compromised, both VISA and MasterCard have "zero liability" policies, which means that your liability for unauthorized transactions with either card is $0--you pay nothing. (Please see the VISA and MasterCard websites for details and conditions.)
