Credit Cards/Checks

• The CAL Store allows you to order by credit card online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

• You may also place your order via Postal Mail/Fax.
  Simply put items into the online shopping cart, print, complete your credit card information, and mail or fax the order form to:

Purchase Orders (P.O.'s)

You may also choose to pay by Purchase Order online, via fax, or postal mail.

In all cases, we must receive a signed purchase order on your organization's letterhead. We must receive your signed P.O. by fax (888-700-3629) or mail before we will ship your order. This applies even if you have ordered online and provided a P.O. number at checkout. Please ensure that your purchase order includes the correct CAL Store shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). You may consider using the CAL Store's shopping cart to help calculate the total charges prior to filling out your offical purchase order. Our mailing address is:

Paying Invoices
